Broker, Property Manager, Owner
Martin is the founder and principal Broker for Innova Realty & Management. Licensed since 2003, with vast local city knowledge and real estate trends. An experienced investor himself, Martin understands how to avoid pitfalls when acquiring properties and the intricate factors that come with property management.
Martin ran one of the most successful real estate tours in Las Vegas during the real estate crash, and loves to educate his clients so they can make a savvy decision when purchasing or selling their real estate assets.
Director of Operations
Carmen is Co-Founder, Director of Operations and Property Manager for Innova Realty & Management. Licensed since 2009 she brings several years of experience and leadership to the company. She is a vital integrator and is constantly setting up and adjusting policy and procedures for risk and liability exposure reduction, to better serve our clients with transparency, and the highest level of customer service.
Isidro has been licensed since 2005. As a Real Estate Agent and Property Manager Isidro has a keen sense for residential investment properties and is an expert streamlining investors portfolios with an emphasis on ROI and property preservation.
General Operations Manager
Jeanine has several years of property management experience, she oversees all aspects and operations of the company. She manages the performance of our property management team, monitors our KPIs to maximize our owner’s profitability and keeps property preservation as her main goal, always ensuring excellent customer service to owners and residents.
Alexis is a Real Estate professional and property manager. She is assistant property manager for Isidro Ruiz and handles customer relations, HOA compliance, vendors and resident’s inquiries.
Manny is in charge of our Maintenance Coordination and HOA Compliance units. He oversees, coordinates and manages all maintenance and repair work orders across our portfolio. He also coordinates with home owners association and assist our residents in clearing any non-compliance situations in timely manner.
Ann is assistant property manager for Innova. She oversees all aspects of our property management operation, including resident applications, screening, new accounts, move outs and assist our General Manager.
