  • Are you licensed?

  • Can I reach you after hours?

    Please fill out our contact form and we can make arrangements for an after hours consultation. No problem.
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Yes, as part of our owner services we offer ACH direct deposits into the owner’s bank account.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

  • How and when do I get my checks?

    We distribute owner between the 9th and 13th of every month.
  • How is rent collection handled?

    Tenants may pay rent in person at our offices, or online using their banking information, they can also pay at their local 7Eleven store or CVS Pharmacy or they could even pay using their credit card visa their online portal.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    Typically one year leases, however, this can be adjusted with the owners approval.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    Minimum of 1 month rent plus a cleaning deposit. This amounts vary depending on the tenant’s qualifications.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

  • What type of properties do you manage?

    Single Family, Condominiums, Townhouse and apartment complexes.
  • What type of reports do I get and how often?

    You’ll have 24/7 access to your owner portal, we send monthly owner statements so you may track and keep tabs on your investement’s performance.
  • Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    We do hold all tenant’s deposits in a separate trust account as mandated by NAC645.655.
